ProLiant Support Pack (PSP) v8.20裡面的HP Version Control Agent(VCA)已經更新到Version 2.2.0.820, 新增了下列功能:
- Supports IPV6
- Automatic dependency checking feature
- Support for disk drive firmware inventory and deployment
- Ability to select and install multiple components using hp smart update manager when available through autoupdate
- The component installer has been updated to recognize if it is running within a virtualized guest environment
這一版的VCA總算可以一次選擇多個元件安裝, 不再像以前要一次全裝或是只能一次安裝一個元件. (更新到這一版的VCA後要重新啟動系統後才能看到可以勾選的新功能)
